How Plate Daddy handles your information — in plain terms.
Plate Daddy respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Plate Daddy collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Plate Daddy mobile application, including features that allow users to share workout activity or app content through Facebook.
Plate Daddy may collect information that you voluntarily provide or generate while using the app, including:
Plate Daddy does not intentionally collect sensitive medical records, payment card information, or government identification numbers through the Facebook posting feature.
Plate Daddy may allow users to connect with Facebook or share content to Facebook. If you choose to use Facebook features, Plate Daddy may request access to Facebook permissions that you approve, such as basic profile information or permission to share content.
Plate Daddy uses Facebook-related information only to provide the Facebook posting or sharing functionality requested by the user. Plate Daddy does not sell Facebook user data and does not use Facebook data for unrelated advertising or profiling.
Any content you choose to post to Facebook is controlled by your Facebook account settings and Meta's privacy settings. Plate Daddy is not responsible for how Facebook or Meta handles information after you post or share it through their platform.
Plate Daddy may use collected information to: provide and operate the app; track workouts, programs, streaks, achievements, and app progress; enable optional sharing or posting to Facebook; improve app design, performance, reliability, and user experience; troubleshoot crashes, bugs, or technical issues; respond to support requests; and protect the security and integrity of the app.
Plate Daddy does not sell personal information. Plate Daddy may share information only in the following situations:
Plate Daddy uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and Plate Daddy cannot guarantee absolute security. Facebook access tokens or authorization credentials, if used, are handled only as necessary to support the Facebook integration and should not be shared by the user with anyone else.
You may choose not to use Facebook sharing features. You may also disconnect Plate Daddy from Facebook through your Facebook account settings. To remove Plate Daddy from your Facebook account: open Facebook; go to Settings & Privacy; select Settings; go to Apps and Websites; find Plate Daddy; select Remove. Removing the app from Facebook may stop Plate Daddy from accessing future Facebook-related information.
You may request deletion of personal information associated with Plate Daddy by contacting us at Magarvin45@gmail.com. Please include the subject line: Plate Daddy Data Deletion Request. In your request, include enough information for us to identify your account or app data. We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to any legal, security, or operational requirements. If you connected Plate Daddy to Facebook, you may also remove Plate Daddy from your Facebook account by following the steps in Section 6 above.
Plate Daddy is not intended for children under 13 years old. Plate Daddy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Plate Daddy may interact with third-party services, including Facebook/Meta, Apple services, Spotify, analytics providers, or other integrations used to support app functionality. These third-party services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies. Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party services they choose to connect with Plate Daddy.
Plate Daddy may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at the same Privacy Policy URL with a new effective date. Continued use of Plate Daddy after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
